Free online training of clients personnel is available for most FSI products.

FSI is pleased to announce the continuation of our online client training program, BankTutor, which has courses scheduled throughout the year for our most important products and services. This powerful tool has proven to be a valuable resource for bank personnel on all levels, from teller to management; it is especially useful for new employees. The courses use an easy-to-understand and user-friendlier browser-based program, Go To Meeting, by Citrix Corporation.



Taking advantage of BankTutor is simplicity itself; all you need is a phone and an Internet connection. Just a click on a link sent via email, log on, and start.

Class registration.

In addition to the scheduled offering of classes, there may be some non-scheduled "special request" classes throughout the year, so check back to this site for the most up to date schedule of classes. To view current schedule, click this link. Hard copies are also available. To obtain a hard copy, or if you have any questions regarding BankTutor or want to suggest a class, you can e-mail Chris Sharpe at banktutor@insidefsi.net or call her at 888-374-6200 ext 317.

Registration for each class is required as virtual seating is limited. To register for a class, please send us an e-mail. A confirmation e-mail with instructions and the event date and time will be sent back.
