E-Desk is our processed items imaging solution. FSI images every item processed, both in-clearing and outgoing (transit/POD). Banks typically use this solution to make their pay/no pay decisions for their on-us items, signature verification, large cash items and various exception items they may need to report. Customers using E-Desk are also able to research archived items as far back as two years. In addition to these capabilities, E-Desk can also provide the dollar totals and item counts.
